About Me

HELLO THERE!

I'm Ryan Kmonk or DocuNamics on YouTube! I studied Immersive Media and History at my university, and I am competent in VR, AR, film production, history knowledge, and more. I plan on producing and releasing more content on my YouTube channel while excelling in my studies. Down below, you'll discover my story through a wider lens!

My Story

Now, let’s get into it. The story of my immersive media journey began in elementary school when I played with Legos and watched YouTube films about “stop-motion.” Inspired by how cool it was to bring Legos to life, I made short films of moving Lego minifigures moving around, shooting each other, and driving around in cars. One such film made it to my middle school and my state’s contests. Even though I practically stopped stop-motion after that, the imagination stayed. There is no better source of my imagination and creativity than my YouTube channel. On it, you’ll witness its evolution over the years depending on the type of content I was attempting to transform. I first began with gaming content but didn’t do so well. So, I moved towards American history music content. One video became semi-viral, but I decided to make funny, memeable content about Roblox and American history. The funny American history content meshed with more American military music videos until last summer. I heard about AI making rounds in using any voice imaginable to sing an existing song even though they weren’t the original artist. I made a dozen of those; a funny one is my best comedic video.

However, I didn’t like what I was making because it appeared I was creating content for trends and fads rather than what I truly wanted to make. So, I stopped. I decided to try to make docs about military history, video games, real-life horror, and everything else. This encapsulates the dynamic of my content, which is supposed to reach not too broad but not too narrow. After releasing my first mini-doc about the Gen Z Loneliness Epidemic, I am continuing work on topics geared towards military history, real-life-horror, and video game history. Today, I’m working on the second of these docs and seeing how they work in my free time. Rather than for the views, I do it to spark a discussion, change, and a reevaluation of what we do and do not know in this sinful yet beautiful world. If you want to see what I’m up to, feel free to check out my YouTube channel, and if you would like to support me, my Patreon is up there, too.

Thank you, and God Bless!
